• Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• For hygiene reasons, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used.

• Beauty devices and electrical items must be unused and in their original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service team at info@zerofilteraesthetics.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation.

3. Securely package the item(s) and send them back to us using a tracked postal service at your own cost.

4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we may reject the return and send the item back to you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Step 1 After Cleansing

Pump 1/2 to 1 pumps into your palm and gently smooth over cleansed face, neck, and décolletage. Use daily both morning and night to prep skin for your serum and moisturiser. 

Wait a few seconds before applying moisturiser and or concealer, and if there is still product there, you may have put too much on, putting more on does not yield better results. Consistency is vital, little and often is your mantra! Lightly dab the area with a tissue to remove excess, or allow more time until fully absorbed. 

Step 2 Night Time

Follow above routine but try using a nourishing cleanser at night for example Wonderbalm Ultimate One And Done

Makeup Primer

Cleanse with Diamond Blue first then while the skin still damp apply your favourite SKIN-RG moisturiser. Top tip if its not sinking in then you may of put on too much. 

Apply a small amount of Hydra Veil using your fingertips. Avoid using too much as this can create an uneven finish. Blend the primer into your skin as this will help create a smooth and even canvas for your foundation - resulting in a flawless and long-lasting finish.
