Emsella?
Emsella is a non-invasive pelvic floor treatment that uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to stimulate deep pelvic floor muscle contractions — achieving the equivalent of approximately 11,000 Kegel exercises in a single 28-minute session.
You remain fully clothed throughout. You simply sit comfortably in the Emsella chair, and the technology works beneath the surface — no disrobing, no preparation, no recovery time required.

There is absolutely no recovery time. You are free to return to your normal daily activities immediately after your appointment — including driving, working, and exercise.

Fully clothed treatment
You sit comfortably in the Emsella chair — fully clothed throughout. There is no preparation required, no undressing, and nothing that should cause you any embarrassment or discomfort.
Step 05
Gradual, natural improvement
Results build progressively over the course of your treatment. Most clients notice meaningful improvement by their third or fourth session, with full results experienced in the weeks following completion.
