We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• For hygiene reasons, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used.

• Beauty devices and electrical items must be unused and in their original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service team at info@zerofilteraesthetics.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation.

3. Securely package the item(s) and send them back to us using a tracked postal service at your own cost.

4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we may reject the return and send the item back to you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may request photos of the issue and will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Tracking

Missed or Lost Deliveries

    •    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery

          attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

    •    If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in

Step 1

Traditional Cleansing: Prepare your cloth and hand hot water in a bowl. Apply 2-3 pumps direct into hands and smooth over entire face leave on for 30 seconds; place bamboo cloth into hand hot water and then direct on to eyes and face. Hold gently and then sweep away; repeat until all makeup is removed.

Or Step 2

Mini Boosting Mask: Apply 2-3 pumps direct into hands and smooth over the entire face; leave on for 3 minutes or until the cream begins to dry out, and then fill your bowl with hand-hot water and place cloth into hand-hot water, wring and place onto face hold for few seconds and gently sweep away, repeat until all the product has been removed.

Step 3

Pat dry and follow with Cellular Balance Toner and Pro Serum Concentrate for fragile skin and Cellular Repair Moisturiser. Complete with Eye Elixir
